O que é um Estado Laico? É um estado regido sem influência da religião, no papel até que funciona, mas nas pratica não é bem assim. Ainda continuamos sob o julgo da ICAR e do Movimento Protestante - neste último, mais especificamente os EUA. A Idade Média acabou, mas os seus costumes insistem adentrar os séculos que se seguem.
Temos Estados Religiosos bem fortes na era moderna, O Vaticano e alguns países muçulmanos, a questão Teocrática nesta região é mais delicada e não será discutida neste post.
A Igreja - entende-se Católica - sempre teve um poder muito grande, a poucas décadas atrás, ainda era comum chefes de estado se prostrar diante do Papa ou outra autoridade importante da ICAR. Seu prestígio não é mais o mesmo, mas seu poder de decisão e controle, continua gerando medo em alguns políticos, estamos num país católico, qualquer ação contrária a Igreja, poderia, se bem articulada, ser usada contra os políticos que vão contra seus "domínios".
Hoje lendo o Jornal A Gazeta, li uma frase que lembra uma que sempre repito,
"A história se repete com farsa", completaria "e bem maquiada",
a que falo
"A ditadura não acabou, só está mais colorida"
Ser livre num estado onde a religião ainda dita ordens não é fácil, não vai mudar, mas o que é bom para um, no quesito fé, não pode ser tido como bom para a maioria. Fé por fé não é motivo de salvação ou de se achar remido pelo Senhor. A Fé só é boa quando ela está em equilíbrio com a razão, sozinha tem gerado populações cegas, totalmente desprovidas de "visão espiritual" para a construção do Reino de Deus na Terra. Os "centrismos" das religiões tem causado a queda do homem, e não libertação.
O Brasil não é de todo laico, e nem vai ser, temos muitos feriados católicos, e outras "leis e dias como feriados" em tramite para favorecer evangélicos e outros credos.
Depois de uma introdução longa e vagamente falando sobre o que é um Estado Laico, nas semanas passadas, algo inusitado aconteceu comigo, estudo Produção de Video, a escola sugeriu filmar a Festa da Penha, depois de muita discussão, mais por minha parte (riso), a turma decidiu filmar o evento. Fui contra, por uma séries de motivos, sejam eles de ordem teológica, filosófica ou científica. Um professor, católico, disse que não foi a favor, estava correto, num ambiente plural como uma sala de aula, trabalhos direcionados a uma expressão de fé, é extremamente delicado. Se algum aluno não concorda, ele tem todo o direito de não querer participar. Um outro professor disse que quem é contra deveria ser imparcial, outros envolvidos que não é um "trabalho de fé". Não existe imparcialidade, de certa forma, todos estamos tomando partido para o que cremos ou é a nossa meta de vida.
O tema central é "A evolução Festa da Penha", um tema amplo, podendo explorar várias visões, temos o aspecto turístico, a fé em um poder superior, romeiros, milagres e etc. A festa religiosa é tida como a terceira maior do Brasil, temos a da Aparecida em Sampa e Círio de Nazaré, Belém. Algumas pessoas da turma não enxergam a filmagem como um "projeto de fé". Na minha opinião, a partir do momento que estou falando de um movimento religioso, neste caso, onde padre, frei, guardião do convento, entrevistas com romeiros e outras características que identificam esta religião, é um trabalho de fé. Se o projeto mostrasse que independente de ocorrer ou não a festa, muitos continuam sua vida como se nada tivesse acontecendo, também seria um projeto de fé, de crença em alguma coisa, não importando se a visão explorada fosse ateísta ou de outra crença.
Depois de muita relutância, saí do projeto, se a filmagem estivesse sendo feita sob uma estrutura educacional cristã, tipo uma Escola/Faculdade Salesiana, Franciscana ou mesmo Passionista, igual tem no estado do ES, a conversa seria outra, mas não é, é uma Escola do Governo, e o Estado sendo laico, ou se achando, não deve em hipótese alguma favorecer alguma Instituição Religiosa, independente de ela ser antiga ou nova, ter mais fiéis ou menos.
Teve gente que me achou intolerante, não mesmo. O professor católico que foi contra a idéia, disse que se o projeto fosse sobre a "macumba" não participaria, por questões pessoais e de fé, tá no seu direito, e também não deve ser chamado de intolerante. Nesta última semana que passou, no curso de Produção de Audio, o coordenador não foi muito favorável a idéia de se fazer lembrancinha sobre a páscoa, por considerar o Estado Laico e que não deve tomar partido de uma fé, ainda mais numa Escola do Governo, foi um auê, muitos alunos não entenderam sua posição, ele teve que explicar, para muitos, provavelmente o que disse não foi bem digerido.
